shoesacks™

Shoesacks™ are made of soft flannel in an array of colors and distinctive designs. Each bag is made to order with careful attention to detail, stitching, and durability. A complementary cord will be selected to accompany your fabric choice. Shoesacks™ are great for travel or storing shoes at home or using between home and office.

We use two kinds of flannel.

Balinese Batik – An ancient technique of resist dyeing using wax to cover parts of the fabric not to be given a particular color. After repeated waxing, dyeing, and boiling of fabric to achieve vivid colors and designs it is spread out in the sun to dry. This results in an exceptionally soft fabric. The variations in color and design are an essential element of handmade batik and part of its unique charm.

Designer Flannel – We use only creative 100% designer cotton prints. Our selections of beautiful fine quality flannels are chosen with a keen eye on patterns and color schemes.

New colors and designs are added frequently. Each fabric selection is made in limited quantities.
